Join us for a morning escape at our first ever Sweaty Betty Yoga Retreat — a celebration of movement, mindfulness, and nourishment to celebrate the Summer Solstice.
We’ll begin with a warm welcome plus fresh juices, teas, coffee’s and seasonal fruits.
Our first practice together will include a dynamic 45-minute Pilates session designed to lengthen and strengthen the body.
Our second session invites you to slow down with a calming Hatha yoga flow, centred on breathwork, mindfulness, and guided meditation.
After your second practice, refuel with a nourishing brunch from our curated wellness menu, featuring vibrant fruit platters, avocado toast, and wholesome bites.
The retreat concludes at 12:30pm, leaving you grounded, energised, and glowing.
