Our talented chef team have curated menus perfect for the festive season. Every dish is created using the very best seasonal ingredients with bold flavour pairings. It’s the Cleaver & Wake way.

Roast parsnip & chestnut soup, a signature C&W prawn cocktail or steak tartare to start. With Norfolk bronze turkey, Gressingham duck breast or beef Wellington to follow.

It’s Christmas, so desserts are a must, spiced Christmas cake, vanilla flan, or rum and bay leaf baba, choosing may be the hardest part.

Festive Sunday Lunch Menu

Upgrade your Sunday lunches this festive season, where only the finest seasonal ingredients are transformed into bold and sophisticated flavours by our expert chef team.

Begin with a choice of chicken liver parfait, complemented by caremalised Madeira onion & toasted brioche, or why not try our pastrami cured trout with apple, sesame tuile and horseradish.

For your main course, embrace tradition with our Norfolk bronze turkey, or take your pick from roast pork belly, dry-aged rump of beef or our signature beef Wellington. Each served with roast potatoes, seasonal root vegetables, Yorkshire pudding and celeriac purée.

To finish, enjoy the seasonal spices of our Christmas pudding with brandy custard and cranberry compote, or a classic sticky toffee pudding.

And, of course, no festive lunch is complete without a cheese plate!
