Gift Cards
– The value on a gift card can be used as full or part payment at Cleaver & Wake.

– Any remaining balance can be used on a separate visit, providing the gift card has not expired.

-The monies on the card cannot be exchanged for cash.

-All monies on the card must be used by the expiry date which is 12 months from the date of purchase or 12 months from the last top-up date.

-Any remaining balance that is left on the card once it’s expired is forfeited.

– Gift voucher purchases are not eligible for Island Club cashback points

– Cleaver & Wake and The Island Quarter development reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time or withdraw the card on reasonable notice. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Experience Gift Cards

– Since the introduction of our A La Carte Menu, available Tuesday – Saturday all experience gift vouchers (Excluding Sunday Lunch Vouchers) will now be redeemed for their monetary value as apposed to covering a set number of courses. See monetary value of each value below:

  • Two-course Lunch Voucher £80
  • Three-course Lunch Voucher £92
  • Two-course Dinner Voucher £90
  • Three Course Dinner Voucher £105

– The experience voucher must be presented as a method of payment at the restaurant either physically or digitally on a smartphone.

– Dishes that carry a supplement must be settled separately.

– Experience vouchers must be redeemed in one transaction and no change will be given if not fully redeemed.

– An optional suggested service charge will be applied to your bill and is not covered by the voucher.

– The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

– It is not possible to extend the gift voucher beyond the stated 12-month validity period.
